Excelsior is the ONLY doctor-run fitness program in the Los Gatos, CA area!

Originally started way back in 1994 (you may know us better as Body Firm), Excelsior is the new and improved version of our personal training program that takes your health to the next level. At Excelsior, we design a customized health and fitness plan specifically for YOU in a safe and controlled environment.

We are a team of highly-qualified and experienced personal trainers, sports therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, nutritionists, and acupuncturists who were all brought together by our fiery passion for helping transform people’s lives.

So when you join Excelsior, you won’t just be getting a personal trainer, you’ll be getting a whole team of health and fitness experts who want to see you reach your goals and improve your quality of life.

Making life changes isn’t easy without support, that’s why we won’t just tell you what to do and send you on your way, we’ll be with you every step of the way – listening to you, holding you accountable, educating you, and celebrating your successes!

How it Works

  1. Schedule your complimentary Movement Mapping session with one of our sports doctors.
  2. During this session – the doc will measure your current fitness abilities and limitations, get to know your medical history, any pain you’re experiencing, your goals, and answer any questions you have. 
  3. Choose your fitness package from Excelsior Personal Training studio (8, 12, 20, 36, 48, or 72 sessions).
  4. We’ll create a personalized Wellness Plan specifically for you, advising you on which Excelsior Package will best meet your needs and goals, and then setting you up with a customized schedule of which services to use (and how often) for each session to get the results you desire. 
  5. Then we’ll set you up with a customized schedule for optimizing each session to get the results you desire.

For example: a person whose primary goal is to eliminate chronic pain might be advised to use majority of their sessions on chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture. Whereas someone whose primary goal is weight loss might be advised to use majority of their sessions on personal training and nutrition coaching.
